Experience the coastal beauty of Meelup Regional Park through the gentle art of Nature Journaling. A mindful and creative exploration that weaves together observation, writing, and sketching.

Guided by Belinda McCawley, an environmental scientist, mindfulness teacher, and certified nature therapy guide, this WalkShop invites you to engage deeply with your surroundings. Notice the shapes, colours, and textures of the landscape, and allow nature to inspire your creative expression.

Through guided mindfulness practices and creative journaling prompts, you will -

• Reconnect with curiosity and wonder
• Cultivate awareness and appreciation for the living world
• Explore creative expression as a pathway to wellbeing
• Discover journaling as a simple and restorative practice
• No artistic experience is required, just openness to notice and respond. You will receive a nature journal to use during the session and take home for your continued practice.
