Local Planning Scheme Amendment No. 60 and associated Structure Plan – Vasse North

Notice is hereby given that the abovementioned proposed Scheme Amendment and associated structure plan have been prepared and lodged with the City to:

• Rezone the land from ‘Rural’ and ‘Conservation’ to ‘Urban Development’ and
• Amend Schedule 10 -Development Contribution Area to include the subject land within DCA-4-Vasse.
• Guiding the future residential subdivision and development of the land.

This amendment and structure plan are available are available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
