Request for tender - RFT26-003 Wadandi Track Construction

Submissions are sought by the City of Busselton on behalf of both the City of Busselton and the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to construct a continuous shared-use trail along the former Busselton to Flinders Bay railway corridor known as the Wadandi Track located within the Shire of Augusta Margaret River and the City of Busselton.
All tender submissions must be received by 2.00pm (AWST) on Friday 22 May 2026.
The City of Busselton will administer the technical aspects of the tender process on behalf of both local governments, including:
- Giving Statewide public notice of the invitation to tender.
- Issuing and receiving tenders.
- Attending to requests for information or clarifications before tender closing.
- Attending to tender closing and distribution of the tender submissions to the City of Busselton and the Shire of Augusta Margaret River for evaluation.
The Shire of Augusta Margaret River and the City of Busselton will:
- Separately and independently undertake their own tender evaluation processes.
- May collectively or individually select a preferred tenderer or tenderers.
- Separately and independently enter into contracts with the successful tenderer(s).
Attendance at the tender briefing for this tender is mandatory. The briefing will begin from the City of Busselton Office, 2 Southern Drive Busselton on Friday 1 May at 9.00am.
