This is to certify that the following persons have been appointed by the City of Busselton Council under section 38 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, as Bush Fire Control Officers for the purposes of the Bush Fires Act 1954: 

  • Chief Bush Fire Control Officer – Alan Guthrie
  • Deputy Bush Fire Control Officer – Todd Johnson
  • Deputy Bush Fire Control Officer – Oscar Negus

This is to certify that the following persons have been appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Busselton under section 38 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, as Bush Fire Control Officers for the purposes of the Bush Fires Act 1954:
