Notice of Annual General Meeting of Electors

In accordance with s.5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Busselton hereby gives public notice of a General Meeting of Electors.
The meeting will be held on Monday 2 February 2026 at 5.30pm in the Council Chambers on Level 2, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton (access from Causeway Road, Busselton). The purpose of this meeting is to consider the City of Busselton 2024-2025 Annual Report and the 2024-2025 Annual Financial Statements.
The City of Busselton 2024-2025 Annual Report is available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building, the Busselton and Dunsborough libraries and on the City’s website.
Electors are welcome to ask questions about any matter related to the City’s business during public question time. We encourage people to submit their questions early using the public question time form, especially if the question is detailed or may take some time to answer. To ask a question at the meeting, you need to be present. If you’re not able to attend, your question will still be answered outside the meeting through normal administrative channels.
