In accordance with Regulation 12(2)(b)of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the City of Busselton hereby gives notice of the meeting details for the Committee Meetings for 2024.

The following dates for Committee meetings for 2024 were endorsed by Council on 15 November 2023.

  • Wednesday 3 April
  • Wednesday 1 May
  • Wednesday 5 June
  • Wednesday 24 July
  • Wednesday 7 August
  • Wednesday 4 September
  • Wednesday 2 October
  • Wednesday 6 November
  • Wednesday 4 December

All Finance Committee meetings will commence at 10:00am.

 

AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE 2024

  • Wednesday 7 February
  • Wednesday 3 April
  • Wednesday 5 June
  • Wednesday 7 August
  • Wednesday 2 October
  • Wednesday 4 December

 All Airport Advisory Committee meetings will commence at 9:00am.

 

POLICY AND LEGISLATION COMMITTEE SCHEDULE 2024

  • Wednesday 24 January
  • Wednesday 20 March
  • Wednesday 15 May
  • Wednesday 31 July
  • Wednesday 18 September

CEO PERFORMANCE REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE 2024

  • Wednesday 10 April - commencing at 10:00am
  • Wednesday 31 July - commencing at 9:00am
  • Wednesday 9 October - commencing at 10:00am

 

All meetings will be held in Council Chambers, Level 2, City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton.

MEELUP REGIONAL PARK COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE 2024

  • Wednesday 6 March - commencing at 10:00am
  • Wednesday 6 November - commencing at 10:00am

All meetings will be held in Greenfields Room, Dunsborough Lakes Drive, Dunsborough.

The meetings are open to the general public.
