Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited;

Property: Lot 126 (104) Commonage Road Dunsborough WA

Proposed Development: Medical Centre and Pharmacy

A summary of the proposal is provided below:

  • Medical Centre: 599 m2
  • Pharmacy: 216m2
  • Gross floor area: 1030m2
  • Total Medical Centre staff numbers: 9 staff, including 5 health practitioners, 2 nurses and 2 administrative staff.
  • Operational hours: 8 am – 8 pm, 7 days per week

Please register online and complete the survey to make a submission regarding this proposal on or before 16 September 2026.

If you do not have access to the internet or a computer, the proposal is available for viewing and completing a submission online at the City of Busselton Civic and Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; or alternatively at the Busselton or Dunsborough Libraries.

Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond.

In certain instances, your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
