What better way to spend your Saturday afternoon, than enjoying beautiful views coupled with the amazing sounds of Maya Ixchell.
A little soul, a little pop, a little blues, a little fun, somewhere in this down to earth, quirky singer’s repertoire there is a song for everyone. Whether a large audience or small, southwest singer/songwriter Maya Ixchell loves to share emotions and stories with her music, either through her own original songs or the much-loved covers that span music across six decades.
Maya has been performing around the southwest for the last six years where she has had the opportunity to open for many big name artists including the Hoodoo Gurus, Jon Stevens and even Nannup’s beloved Kallidad. She has performed regularly at Relay for Life in both Busselton and Bunbury and other charity events as well as performing around at numerous venues and private functions. In 2016, she even had the honour of being shortlisted for The Voice Australia.
With a huge love for sharing stories and emotions, Maya Ixchell welcomes any opportunity to meet new audiences, to sing and to grow her music career.
