Wilfrid Gordon Mcdonald Partridge

Tuesday 8th September 2026

Wilfrid Gordon McDonald Partridge is a delightful adaptation of the beloved book by Mem Fox and Julie Vivas.

Set in the old people’s home next door to where Wilfrid lives, this fun and heart-warming story follows his affectionate bond with his favourite old person, the 96-year-old Miss Nancy.

But this isn’t just any show - local seniors and grandparents are invited to step onto the stage, making it a truly special experience that children will treasure as they watch their own family members become part of the story.

The story’s gentle exploration of the power of memories and the objects that hold them will resonate with both young and old, reminding us all of the threads that connect us across generations.

The show is produced by one of Australia's longest running children's theatre company, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre. Ideal for age 5+ and their families.
