The City has been advised by the developer that the Vasse Dog Park has been temporarily closed. The recent high rainfall through June and July and the heavy use of the Vasse dog park since its opening has meant that the newly laid turf within the park has deteriorated.

Busselton Jetty’s iconic Underwater Observatory (UWO) will temporarily close from Monday, 28 July to Friday, 5 September 2025 to undergo a major accessibility-focused upgrade, including the installation of a brand-new lift system.
