ADOPTION OF City of Busselton Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2022

The City of Busselton has resolved to adopt the City of Busselton Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2022.

 Purpose: To regulate the care, control and management of local government property (except thoroughfares) by amending sections of the Shire of Busselton Local Government Property Local Law 2010.

 Effect: To control the use of local government property by updating minimum age requirements for entry to swimming pools, updating penalties, and clarifying other powers.

 A copy of the City of Busselton Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2022 may be inspected at or obtained from the City Office at Southern Drive, Busselton between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, on the City of Busselton website (see link below), or at any public library within the City of Busselton during normal opening hours.

 This local law was gazetted on 8 April 2022 and will come into operation on 22 April 2022.
