Proposed excision from Holgate Reserve 41550 Part Lot 4896, 9 Holgate Road, Broadwater

Notice is given of the proposal of the City of Busselton to relinquish management of a portion of Lot 4896 on Reserve 41550 to the State of WA. 

The area is shown hatched on the plan below and comprises approximately 629m². 
The entire Lot area is 9449m².

This portion of the Reserve has for some time formed part of the recreational area of the neighbouring Strata units.  

Removal from the Reserve will enable the adjoining landowner to acquire the land from the State to facilitate continuity of use.
