Proposed specified works – waste collection / street sweeping / drain cleaning

Under the regulations, provisions for specified works and the associated effective management of noise (noise management plan), is in recognition that the proposed works are essential and the resultant noise has the potential to impact the community.

The undertaking of specified works early in the morning is to ensure unhindered access to areas that would otherwise be blocked by parked vehicles or traffic and to avoid interference with traffic flow.

Details of the proposal are available on the city’s online engagement portal called ‘Your Say’ https://yoursay.busselton.wa.gov.au/ 

Please register online and complete the survey to make a submission regarding this proposal on or before Friday, 18 February 2022.

If you do not have access to the Internet, the proposal is available for viewing at the City of Busselton Civic Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton; or alternatively at the Busselton or Dunsborough Libraries.

Please be aware that the content of your submission (without revealing your personal details) may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond.
In certain instances your submission may also be used to form part of a Council report making it a public document.
