LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - CITY OF BUSSELTON LOCAL LAW REVIEW

Notice is hereby given under section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Busselton proposes to review the following laws:

  • Local Government Property Local Law 2010 (as amended)
  • Airport Local Law 2012 (as amended)
  • Holiday Homes Local Law 2012 (as amended)
  • Cat Local Law 2014

Copies of the local laws may be inspected or obtained on here or the City’s Administration Office located at Southern Drive, Busselton between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, or at any public library within the City of Busselton district during normal opening hours

Submissions about the local law can be made via the City’s online engagement portal at www.yoursay.busselton.gov.au/locallaws or will be received by the Chief Executive Officer, Southern Drive, Busselton until no later than 23 March 2021.
