Bovell Oval - Fencing Replacement

The City of Busselton advises that fencing replacement and extension works are currently underway at Bovell Oval.

A contractor has commenced the removal and replacement of the south‑western section of fencing. This portion of fence is being replaced with a 1.8‑metre‑high chain mesh fence, which will include two pedestrian access gates and one service gate. These works are expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks to complete. During this period, there will be no solid fence line in the affected section.

In addition to the fencing works, the contractor is extending the cricket practice nets. This extension will provide additional coverage and ensure alignment with current practice‑net construction guidelines. These works are anticipated to be completed by Wednesday, 18 February.
