The City of Busselton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Property:                                      Lot 901 (22) Thornton Road YALLINGUP WA 

Proposed Development:          Use Not Listed - Tourist and Visitor Accommodation (Chalet x 2)

Each Chalet comprises 4 bedrooms, courtyard, common area, kitchen and dining

• Chalet 1 contains two bathrooms, a sauna room
• Chalet 2 contains one bathroom x Single House, and
• Carport located between the proposed Chalets
