Pursuant to Local Planning Scheme No. 21, the City invites public comment on a draft Structure Plan for Busselton Gateway Airport Industrial Park.

The Draft Structure Plan proposes to guide future subdivision and development of the subject sites for industrial purposes Lots 51, 76, 1602 and 9000 Neville Hyder Drive and Lots 11, 17, 50, 205, 300 and 9501 Vasse Highway Yalyalup

Plans and details of the proposal is available for viewing on the City’s Your Say Page https://yoursay.busselton.wa.gov.au/dp25-0003.

Persons wishing to make a submission should do so in writing quoting City reference number DP25/0003 prior to close of business Friday 14November 2025.
