Expression of Interest - To Lease, Manage and Operate a Reuse (tip) Shop at Busselton Waste Transfer & Recycling Centre (BWTRC)

The City of Busselton is calling for Expressions of Interest from experienced, not-for-profit organisations to lease, manage and operate a new Reuse Shop to be located at the BWTRC.

The City is seeking to attract interested parties that can operate the Reuse Shop as a facility where reusable items and materials disposed of at the City’s waste facilities are intercepted to be re-sold to the community, with the revenue generated from any sales being retained by the operator.

There is also an intention for the operator to manage a social enterprise model by providing employment opportunities.

The City of Busselton is seeking for the Reuse shop to be operational by 1 November 2024.
