NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS

In accordance with s.5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Busselton hereby gives public notice of a General Meeting of Electors.

The meeting will be held on Monday 29 January 2024 at 5.30pm in the Undalup Room, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton (access from Causeway Road, Busselton). The purpose of this meeting is to consider the City of Busselton 2022-2023 Annual Report and the 2022-2023 Annual Financial Statements.

The City of Busselton 2022-2023 Annual Report is available for viewing at the City’s Administration Building, the Busselton and Dunsborough libraries and on the City’s website via the link below:

Annual Reports

Electors are encouraged to use this opportunity to ask questions about any issue relating to the business of the City. Early submission of questions using the public question time form is encouraged, particularly for complex questions which require a considered response. Electors must be present at the meeting to ask their question. If an Elector is not present to ask their question, it will be responded to administratively. The Presiding Member may nominate an Officer to answer the question or determine that any complex question requiring research be taken on notice and answered in writing.
