Proposed permanent closure of a portion of public road Mill Road, West Busselton

Pursuant to section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City invites submissions to a proposal to close permanently an approximate 132sqm portion of the verge of Mill Road, West Busselton. 

Referring to the map, the area of road proposed to be closed permanently is the verge adjacent to No. 2 Mill Road. The area does not include any portion of the constructed road or shared path along Mill Road.

Should the road closure proceed in accordance with the Act, it is proposed the land area is amalgamated with the adjoining property.

The City is seeking written submissions to the proposal by 3 July 2023.

Submissions may be delivered by:

(c) handed to the Customer Service Desk, City Administration Office, Southern Drive, Busselton.
