The City of Busselton commits to new Business and Industry Grant Funding

The City of Busselton has developed a Business Development, Events & Marketing Program, including new grant funding that supports economic development and marketing initiatives delivered by stakeholder groups.

Mayor Grant Henley said "A strategic priority of the City is to assist and provide for the region's sustainable economic development. Providing this new grant funding will increase growth opportunities for our diverse industries and business community."

New Grant Funding is available under two streams.

Economic Development Initiatives - supporting priorities identified in the City of Busselton's Economic Development Strategy 2022-27.

Marketing Initiatives: Supporting initiatives that improve the visitor experience within the City of Busselton and strengthen the Busselton regional brand.

The total funding pool is $270,000 for 2023-2024 and the first round opens on 1st September 2023.
